Shipping Policy & Information:
Any expedited shipping will be determined at checkout through our shipping company and will be more expensive than the Priority shipping of 2-3 day delivery included in your purchase.
Expedited shipping costs will be determined based off of your address during checkout and which method you choose. Also, remember if you choose UPS – Saturday is not counted as a business day.
You’ll receive an email directly from our shipping company with the tracking number of your shipment. Please check your junk folder if you don’t receive in your regular inbox.
We try and ship your order ASAP we know that you are very excited about the arrival of your BellyFlopz! It is our priority to get you relaxing and floating! All orders are fulfilled by us personally at BellyFlopz Headquarters in Minnesota.
All shipping transit times quoted are BUSINESS DAYS, not calendar days.
BellyFlopz™ is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Currently, we can ship online orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and CANADA. If you wish to have the item shipped to an international address, please email us with your address and we will determine what the cost would be for our international customers, which at this time are expensive.
Please contact us right away via email if you notice your BellyFlopz is damaged or has any type of issue with quality or function. We want to make sure everyone is receiving a great product. Send us a picture or pictures with a description of any damage you find defective and we will communicate with you right away and send you a new one ASAP!
Our main goal is for BellyFlopz to keep pregnant women happy and relaxed – we will do what we can to make that happen!
Goods Damaged in Shipping:
If you believe that your product was damaged DURING SHIPPING, contact carrier immediately and do not open the packaging. Carrier will return product damaged during shipping free of charge. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, BellyFlopz will ship you another product.
Be sure to have the damaged package picked up by your carrier at the same location where the product was delivered.
